ACTIVE CARE SRQ offers ART, Cupping and massage. 

“ART®” stands for “Active Release Techniques”. It was developed nearly 30 years ago by P. Michael Leahy, DC using his knowledge of chiropractic, myofascial release, and his background in engineering to create a new and unique way of correcting soft-tissue injuries. “Soft tissue” refers to muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. By addressing and correcting soft tissue injuries, pain is reduced or eliminated, range of motion can be restored, and scar tissue and adhesions eliminated. 

Types of problems that are often treated by ART® include Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
